I POLICY RELATING TO PERSONAL DATA

 

In general, you can visit the website www.dca.mc (info legal notices) without disclosing any personal information about you.  

However, in the event of refusal, you may not be able to benefit from certain information or services that you have requested.

 

As such, DCA SAM may in certain cases ask you to enter your name, first name, email address, telephone number (hereinafter your “Personal Information or personal data”).

 

By providing this information, you expressly agree that it will be processed by DCA SAM, for the purposes indicated below as well as for the purposes stated at the end of each form.


The Personal Information collected is subject to computer processing intended for making an appointment or establishing an assignment.

DCA SAM is the recipient of the data.

The purpose of processing this data is to make an appointment and / or offer a mission.  

 

Only DCA SAM is the recipient of your Personal Information.

 

These, whether in individual or aggregated form, are never transmitted to a third party, notwithstanding the subcontractors to which DCA SAM uses. Neither DCA SAM, nor any of its subcontractors, sells the personal data of visitors and Users of its Site.

 

DCA SAM informs you that it uses its authorized service providers to facilitate the collection and processing of the data that you have communicated to us.

 

These service providers may be located outside the European Union and communicate the data collected through the various forms on the Site.

 

DCAM SAM has previously ensured the implementation by its service providers of adequate guarantees and compliance with strict conditions in terms of confidentiality, use and data protection.

 

In particular, vigilance has focused on the existence of a legal basis for carrying out any transfer of data to a third country. As such, our service providers obey the Privacy Shield.


For a mission request and if a follow-up is given and the file is entrusted to DCA SAM, personal data will be kept during the mission of the accounting firm and for 5 years from the receipt of the registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt end of mission.

 

For making an appointment, personal data will be kept for the same period if an appointment is made and if a consultation is made.

 

If the appointment is honored and no consultation is drafted, the mandate of the accounting firm not being characterized, personal data will be kept for a maximum of 36 months.

 

Likewise, if the appointment is not honored, personal data will be kept for a maximum of 36 months.


You have the right to access, rectify or erase your personal data which you can request from the data controller using the contact form or at the postal address indicated above.  

 

You have the right to request that the processing of your personal data be restricted.


You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data and the right to the portability of your data.


You can withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data at any time by writing to the data controller using the contact form or at the postal address indicated above.

 

Also, you can define general and specific directives relating to the fate of personal data after your death.

Where applicable, the heirs of a deceased person may require the death of their relative to be taken into account and / or the necessary updates to be made.


DCA SAM undertakes to respond to your request for access, rectification or opposition or any other request for additional information within a reasonable period of time which may not exceed 1 month from receipt of your request.
